Client Success Manager — Corporate Travel | Brooklyn, NY
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base + performance bonus
3 days in office / 2 days remote
Our client is an established corporate travel management company based in Brooklyn seeking a sharp Client Success Manager to own relationships with their existing book of business. This is not a sales role — you’re not hunting, you’re growing and retaining. Your clients are already there; your job is to make sure they stay, expand, and love working with you.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate travel clients
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and executive contacts
• Monitor account health, usage, and travel data to proactively surface insights and opportunities
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and QBRs to client leadership
• Identify ways to optimize clients’ travel programs and drive measurable cost savings
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure seamless service delivery
• Track KPIs and use reporting tools to measure client satisfaction and account performance
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
• 2–5+ years in client success, account management, or a related client-facing role
• Experience in the travel industry — corporate travel strongly preferred
• Proficiency with travel systems and reporting/data analytics tools
• Comfortable presenting to executives and senior leadership
• Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in the room
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport)
• Experience with CRM or business intelligence tools
• Background managing mid-to-large corporate accounts
Why Join
• 3 days in office, 2 days remote — real flexibility without going fully remote
• Performance-based bonus on top of a strong base — your results are rewarded
• Work with an experienced team in a specialized, growing niche
• Brooklyn-based with a collaborative, client-first culture
