Commercial Project Manager

An established HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own multiple commercial projects in Lakewood and surrounding areas, from contract through closeout.

We’re looking for a strong leader who delegates effectively, holds crews accountable, and steps in when needed to keep jobs on schedule and profitable. Full-time position with very generous pay for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial projects and crews
• Read plans, organize work, and identify issues early
• Coordinate crews, GCs, suppliers, and other trades
• Manage schedules, materials, budgets, and change orders
• Resolve problems and follow through to completion

Requirements:

• 4+ years managing commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to oversee multiple jobs and crews
• Strong plan-reading, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proactive, dependable, and accountable for results
• Preferred: HVAC or mechanical experience, particularly as a PM for a trade subcontractor.
