Job description

A family fund that invests in U.S. and Israeli tech companies seeks an experienced U.S. Securities lawyer to strategize, guide and handle mergers and acquisitions and corporate regulatory compliance.

At least 7-12 years of of US Securities exerience, preferably from a U.S. publicly listed company or a leading law firm.
