Job description

Role Overview

Rho Nutrition is hiring a Creative Strategist to turn customer insights, product science, and performance data into advertising that drives growth. You will own the creative process for a group of products, from finding the angle and writing the brief to reviewing the finished ad and deciding what to test next.

We make liquid supplements for everyday health and wellness. Our creative combines product education, customer experiences, and expert voices. You will work closely with creative leadership, media buyers, designers, and editors, with paid social and Meta as your primary focus.
Key Responsibilities
Decide what to test. Build a weekly creative plan around your products, launches, and performance findings. Recommend the customer problems, messages, offers, and formats with the strongest potential.

Find the customer insight. Read reviews, Reddit threads, ad comments, and competitor creative. Pull out specific frustrations, objections, and language we can turn into compelling angles. Use approved research to strengthen the story.

Write the work. Create sharp hooks, static headlines, ad copy, and video scripts. Develop UGC, expert videos, tweet-style statics, testimonials, and product comparisons, adapting the voice to each creator and audience.

Make briefs easy to execute. Give designers, editors, and creators exact copy, visual references, shot direction, required assets, and a clear reason for the test. Resolve questions and keep production moving.

Make the most of our talent. Develop interview questions, talking points, and shot lists for expert and creator shoots. Mine existing footage for strong quotes and build multiple distinct concepts from a single recording.

Raise the quality of every ad. Review cuts and designs for the opening hook, pacing, product visibility, readability, and call to action. Give specific feedback and route product claims through the appropriate review.

Turn results into better creative. Review CPA and ROAS alongside hook and hold rates with the media team, accounting for spend and test duration. Identify what to iterate, retire, or explore next, and bring a clear recommendation.

Own the follow through. Maintain briefs, asset names, approvals, and a simple record of tests and learnings. Keep priorities and deadlines visible so the team can move quickly and reuse what works.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong direct response writing. You can make a benefit clear in one headline and hold attention through a video. Your portfolio shows paid social work you personally helped create.

Relevant experience. Typically 3 or more years in creative strategy, performance copywriting, or a similar role at a direct to consumer brand or agency. Health, wellness, beauty, or supplements experience is a plus.

Creative judgment and commercial curiosity. You understand why a customer buys, can explain why an ad works, and know how to turn performance data into the next creative decision.

Clear production direction. You can brief a designer or editor, spot what is weakening a concept, and give useful feedback on both the copy and the visual execution.

Ownership and sound judgment. You manage several projects, bring recommendations, and close the loop. You can simplify research without overstating what the evidence supports.

Practical AI fluency. You use AI to accelerate research, explore hooks, and develop rough concepts, while keeping the final writing distinctive and checking facts and claims.
