Chief Operating Officer (COO)

A rapidly growing eCommerce organization with over 300 employees, operating across multiple online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, and other leading platforms. and manages a diverse product portfolio and is focused on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth, are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. The COO will oversee all company operations and departments outside of Finance, while partnering closely with the Finance team to align business strategy, operational execution, and profitability goals. This individual will drive organizational performance, develop scalable processes, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across all business units.
