Software and AI Product Owner

An established medical billing company in Monsey, NY is hiring a Software and AI Product Owner to take full ownership of its custom in-house billing platform. You will analyze and troubleshoot the existing system, define what gets built next, and lead a major upgrade across multiple areas of the software, including new AI and automation capabilities. This is a strategic ownership role. You will set the plan, design the processes, and write the requirements, then build and lead the team that executes. You will hire developers, train them on the system and the business, and oversee their work day to day. Hands on development experience is a strong plus since you will be directing engineers, but the expectation is that you lead the build rather than write the code yourself.
