IT Support Technician

Touro University's Lander College for Men in Kew Gardens, Queens, seeks an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote support to faculty, staff and students across classrooms, computer labs, libraries and offices.

Responsibilities:
• Support computer hardware, software, networking, classroom technology and AV systems
• Install, mount, maintain and troubleshoot IT and AV equipment, including from ladders
• Set up, record, edit and post events, and support hybrid classes and meetings
• Log and track requests in ServiceNow
• Keep inventory of lab, classroom and AV equipment
• Join local and university-wide IITS projects

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or two years of related education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills with non-technical users
• Able to lift 20 lbs and work at heights

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 12:30–9:00 pm and Sunday 3:30–9:00 pm (36.5 hours), with travel to other Touro NY campuses as needed.

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year
