Managing Director, Entertainment

Resetting the Table (RTT) equips leaders and communities to counter toxic polarization through training, dialogue and media. Its Multivocal Storytelling framework helps Hollywood creatives and executives tell stories that resonate across a divided America. RTT seeks a Managing Director, Entertainment to turn the program's strategy into coordinated action, supervising three seasoned industry leaders. Remote within the contiguous U.S., with a preference for the Los Angeles area. Reports to the Co-CEO.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the Entertainment team through regular meetings and one-on-ones, aligning members' expertise toward shared goals (50%)
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, priorities and systems for tracking work and relationships (30%)
• Steward entertainment-facing materials and capture impact data for funder reporting
• Build and evolve a strategy for engaging RTT's alumni network across the industry (20%)
• Serve as a thought partner to the co-CEOs and senior leadership

Qualifications:
• Track record managing teams and complex, multi-stakeholder work
• Professional experience in or alongside the entertainment industry
• Experience building systems that help teams prioritize, plan and track progress
• Experience working closely with senior executives in a high-trust role
• Periodic evening availability (Pacific Time) and travel to Los Angeles

Salary: $125,000-$155,000, commensurate with experience
