Painter (Full-time)

Mozaic Senior Life is seeking a skilled, dependable Painter to join its Physical Plant team, keeping the community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. The role reports to the Physical Plant Supervisor.

**Schedule:** Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, paint, and refinish interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and furniture
• Clean, sand, scrape, patch, and repair surfaces before finishing
• Mix and tint finishes; apply wallpaper, decals, stencils, and signage
• Work safely from ladders and scaffolding and protect surrounding areas
• Assist with snow removal, facility emergencies, and the fire brigade

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of painting or maintenance experience
• Valid Connecticut driver's license
• Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Able to work independently, indoors and outdoors
