Donor Analytics Manager

The Jewish Federation of Greater Houston is hiring a Donor Analytics Manager to lead the analytics and donor intelligence behind its fundraising. Reporting to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer and partnering with the Philanthropy Team, this person turns donor data into insights that drive portfolio strategy, pipeline development, engagement, and stewardship.

Responsibilities:
• Mine CRM data, giving history, and donor research to qualify prospects and grow the pipeline
• Facilitate regular portfolio and pipeline reviews
• Serve as a power user of MS Dynamics 365, partnering on data integrity, workflows, and reporting
• Build dashboards on fundraising performance, retention, and campaign effectiveness
• Track proposals, gift agreements, and funder reporting, and reconcile with Finance
• Own operational donor communications, including acknowledgements, pledge reminders, and tax letters
• Supervise the Data Entry Clerk and answer donor questions about pledges and gifts

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years in development operations, prospect research, advancement services, or a related nonprofit role
• Experience with donor analytics, wealth screening, and CRM reporting
• Able to turn complex data into clear recommendations
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and donor-facing writing
• Advanced CRM and Excel skills preferred
