Gym Supervisor, Youth Basketball

The J of Greater Kansas City is seeking an energetic, dependable Gym Supervisor to oversee its Youth Basketball League on weekends. As the onsite lead, you'll handle game-day logistics and keep things positive for players, coaches, and families.

Responsibilities:
• Open and prepare the gym for games, including equipment and the digital scoreboard
• Oversee onsite logistics and keep games running smoothly
• Referee, coach, or provide coverage as needed
• Serve as the onsite contact for parents, players, and coaches
• Enforce league rules and keep the environment safe and fun
• Help with light cleanup after games

Requirements:
• Reliable, positive, and professional
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with children and knowledge of basketball rules preferred
• Willing to step into supervisor, referee, or coach roles
• Reliable transportation; able to lift up to 25 lbs.

**Schedule:**
Saturdays and/or Sundays during the winter basketball season (November–February).
