Talent & Employee Experience Specialist

The Oshman Family JCC is looking for a Talent & Employee Experience Specialist who loves finding great people and building a workplace where employees feel connected and valued. The role bridges talent acquisition and employee experience, with room to experiment, bring new ideas, and build smarter systems along the way.

Responsibilities:
• Run recruiting end to end, from sourcing through offer, focused on candidate quality, speed, and experience
• Build talent pipelines through schools, job boards, social media, community outreach, networks, and referrals
• Support onboarding, orientation, recognition, engagement, and internal communications
• Use recruiting and engagement data to spot patterns and focus effort
• Use AI, automation, and technology to streamline and scale HR processes
• Keep improving each stage of the employee lifecycle

Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of progressive HR or talent experience, with real ownership of recruiting and employee experience
• Track record of building pipelines and solving hard-to-fill searches
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools
• Demonstrated use of AI and automation to improve work
• SHRM or HRCI certification a plus
