Madrichim Staff - Summer 2027

BBYO is hiring summer Madrichim (General Programming) to live and work with teens at its Pennsylvania leadership programs, helping them grow as leaders, explore their Jewish identities, and have an unforgettable summer. Madrichim build real career skills in teamwork, event planning, facilitation, youth care, and conflict resolution.

**Sessions:**
• ILTC and International Kallah (Lake Como, PA): June 15–August 5, 2027, $2,236
• CLTC 1 & 2 (Poyntelle, PA): June 2–July 6, 2027, $1,505
• CLTC 3 & 4 (Poyntelle, PA): July 9–August 12, 2027, $1,505

Responsibilities:
• Live in cabins with teens, provide nighttime supervision, and lead daily cleanup and inspection
• Ensure every teen is accounted for, cared for, and engaged in the daily schedule
• Supervise teens in program areas and during free time
• Support and sometimes lead evening programs, special events, chugim, and Shabbat electives
• Plan camp-style activities with the General Programming team
• Help with opening, closing, and transition days, including bus and airport arrivals

Requirements:
• Attended CLTC, ILTC, and/or International Kallah (or an equivalent program), at least one year post-participation
• Able to commit up to 10 hours a month March–June for training and planning
• Complete all mandatory virtual and onsite trainings
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and live and work in a mixed-gender setting
