Job description
We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who brings strong visual instincts, fresh ideas, and curiosity about what makes people stop scrolling and show up.
The Opportunity:
You’ll design creative across our portfolio of live event brands, from paid social campaigns to broader marketing and brand projects. Static design will be your primary focus, complemented by video editing and light motion graphics.
You’ll work closely with our design and marketing teams to turn campaign goals into compelling creative, explore new directions, and use performance insights to improve what we make. Marketing partners will lead campaign reporting and media strategy; you’ll bring the design thinking that helps turn those insights into new concepts and variations.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys both building a strong visual concept and finding ways to make it work across different audiences, formats, and channels.
What You’ll Do:
* Create standout design: Develop static assets for paid advertising, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
* Bring creative to life: Edit video and add light motion, such as animated typography, simple transitions, and graphic treatments.
* Develop ideas with the team: Partner with design and marketing to connect brand identity, audience interests, and campaign goals.
* Experiment and improve: Create variations that test different visuals, messages, and formats, and use findings from marketing partners to inform your next round of work.
* Help keep campaigns fresh: Recommend creative updates and contribute to a shared production schedule around campaign needs, seasonal moments, and brand priorities.
* Carry projects through delivery: Organize your work, incorporate feedback, and prepare finished assets that meet platform requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
* Around 3–6 years of relevant experience in marketing design, graphic design, or a related creative role.
* A portfolio with strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Experience creating assets for paid advertising, marketing campaigns, or consumer brands.
* Practical video editing and light motion skills that complement your static design work.
* The ability to explain your creative decisions and respond thoughtfully to feedback.
* Curiosity about campaign performance and a willingness to use results to explore new ideas.
* Confidence using the tools needed to deliver your work. Our workflows include Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
* Strong organization and communication, with the ability to flag tradeoffs and manage competing deadlines.
* A collaborative, resourceful approach and enthusiasm for music, live events, or fan communities.
Nice to Haves:
* Experience developing creative variations for paid media testing.
* Familiarity with metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
* Experience using AI tools thoughtfully in design, video, or marketing workflows.
* Ideas for improving how a creative team plans, produces, and delivers work.
