E-Commerce On-Model Shoot Lead

Overview:

The E-commerce On-Model Shoot Lead serves as a senior on-set resource responsible for executing established creative direction across assigned On-Model e-commerce shoots. This role combines styling knowledge, model direction, and on-set creative judgment to translate established direction into the intended product and visual outcome, ensuring each brand's PDP imagery meets creative standards.

Key Accountabilities:

Execute assigned On-Model e-commerce shoots from pre-production through completion, in line with established creative direction
Translate provided direction into on-set execution, ensuring each shoot achieves the desired PDP imagery for the brand
Apply established creative and brand direction consistently and accurately across all assigned sets
Demonstrate strong command of fit, proportion, and product presentation on model
Direct models as needed to achieve appropriate pose, expression, movement, energy, and product visibility
Evaluate work in real time throughout production, adjusting styling, model direction, and shoot execution to stay aligned with established direction
Collaborate closely with photographers and stylists to resolve creative, fit, and product-presentation issues on set, escalating larger creative decisions as needed
Support shoot preparation, including model poses, styling references, model information, and required imagery, as directed
Uphold high creative standards across all shoots
Support fittings, castings, model selection, and shoot planning as needed
Help maintain PDP On-Model guides, brand references, and training materials
Provide senior-level coverage across additional or simultaneous productions to support continuity of the On-Model function
Participate in post-shoot reviews and apply feedback to strengthen future execution
Special Projects as assigned

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

3–5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, fashion, or On-Model shoots and art direction
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
