-
Proactive Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
-
Hiring Manager Partnership: Clarify role requirements, establish search strategies, present qualified candidates, and provide market feedback throughout the hiring process.
-
Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews, evaluate relevant capabilities, and provide clear, evidence-based hiring recommendations.
-
Recruiting Execution: Coordinate interviews, maintain hiring momentum, resolve process delays, and manage offer discussions and acceptance.
-
Pipeline & Performance Management: Maintain accurate ATS records, develop talent pipelines, and track sourcing effectiveness, candidate conversion, hiring timelines, and offer acceptance.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting for corporate or professional positions across multiple business functions.
-
Strong proactive sourcing and direct outreach skills, including engaging passive candidates.
-
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers, assessing talent, and influencing hiring decisions.

Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple searches and changing priorities.
-
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting data to improve hiring results.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-location service organizations.
-
Experience filling management and director-level positions.
-
Familiarity with Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms.
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
