About the Role:
This role handles the full flow of merchandise through a busy e-commerce warehouse: receiving, put-away, processing, and outbound shipping. It covers marketplace shipments for FBA and WFS, as well as returns and inbound freight. The warehouse associate also works in SellerCloud, so the job calls for someone sharp enough to handle both the physical work and the system work.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive inbound merchandise and put it away
- Process inbound shipments
- Record receiving and inventory activity in SellerCloud
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Ship merchandise out and prepare outbound orders
- Prepare FBA and WFS shipments
- Determine box sizes and packaging configurations for products
Returns & Warehouse Upkeep
- Process returns
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Qualifications
- Understanding of SellerCloud, or the ability to learn it
- Experience with warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory
- Comfortable with basic listing management tasks tied to warehouse work
- Computer proficiency
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
