Job description

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Integration will design and operationalize how Walmart Connect International sales organizations work with merchants, site merchandising, marketing, store operations, and other enterprise partners. This role turns complex cross-functional relationships into clear operating models, decision rights, governance, and shared planning rhythms that markets can execute. You’ll partner closely with market Enterprise Leads and cross-functional leadership to prioritize initiatives, remove barriers, improve execution, and turn successful practices from individual markets into scalable standards, playbooks, and ways of working for the broader international organization.

What you'll do:
Design operating models connecting Sales with merchants, marketing, site merchandising, store operations, and other enterprise partners.
Establish decision rights, escalation paths, planning rhythms, workplans, and RACIs.
Partner with market Enterprise Leads to surface barriers, dependencies, and opportunities.
Prioritize cross-market initiatives based on revenue impact, readiness, and risk.
Track milestones, adoption, blockers, dependencies, and outcomes across markets.
Lead governance forums and provide clear executive reporting on progress, risk, and decisions.
Codify successful market practices into scalable playbooks, templates, standards, and implementation approaches.

What you'll bring:
6–10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program or portfolio management, or related roles.
Experience designing operating models or governance structures across business units or markets.
Strong understanding of retail, eCommerce, merchandising, and digital advertising.
Expertise in portfolio prioritization, cross-functional execution, and executive reporting.
Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and market leadership.
Ability to influence senior leaders and broker tradeoffs without direct authority.
Structured problem-solving, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Comfort creating new processes and bringing structure to ambiguous environments.
