About the Role

Yeshiva Academy of Bergen County seeks a personable, motivated, and goal-oriented Director of Enrollment to lead student recruitment for the coming school year.

As a welcoming representative of the Yeshiva, you will build relationships with prospective parents, communicate the value of our educational program, and guide families from their first inquiry through completed registration. This role combines marketing, outreach, and admissions support, with a campaign goal of enrolling approximately 50 new students.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for prospective parents and families, providing a welcoming and informative admissions experience.

Contact prospective families and consistently follow up on leads and incoming inquiries.

Explain the Yeshiva’s educational program and answer parents’ questions.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, school tours, and admissions meetings.

Guide families through applications, required documentation, and registration.

Develop and support marketing and outreach efforts to generate interest and attract prospective families.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-up activities, and enrollment progress.

Collaborate with school leadership to address parents’ questions and support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, admissions, enrollment, sales, or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents.

Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.

A proactive, results-driven approach and confidence guiding families toward enrollment decisions.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with school leadership.

Understanding of and respect for the Yeshiva’s mission, values, and community.

Previous experience in a Yeshiva or Jewish educational setting is an asset.
