Service Advisor

What You'll Do

Greet customers and accurately identify their service and repair needs
Write and manage repair orders from check-in through completion
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations, costs, and timelines
Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure quality and timely repairs
Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
Maintain strong customer satisfaction while driving service department results

Requirements
What We're Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience required
Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Professional, motivated, and results-oriented
