Responsibilities:

Keep internal teams and external partners aligned with clear, confident communication that leaves no one guessing.
Guide new features across all domains to launch on time, at the right quality bar, and in step with our domain governance model.
Recognize blockers before they become problems and drive fast solutions with internal teams and vendors alike.
Represent Bally’s with professionalism and positivity in every vendor interaction, building partnerships people want to be part of.
Lead key meetings that actually move things forward, then follow up with sharp minutes and summaries that keep every stakeholder in the loop.

Qualifications
Experience
Preferred
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project or program management
Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or online gaming is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus the confidence to facilitate a room full of people with different priorities
Excellent organization and attention to detail
A talent for building relationships and earning trust across teams
The ability to clearly share the status of deliverables with teams, stakeholders, and leadership
A passion for building entertaining, engaging experiences that customers love
A collaborative spirit and a knack for making existing processes better
