Job description
You own outcomes here, not tasks. We measure work by impact, not activity. Strong follow-through and task ownership; thrives on getting things done
Understands direct response mechanics and high-volume testing environments, preferably within verticals such as financial services (investing, banking, credit cards, lending, etc), home services, insurance, or similar lead‑form categories
Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes
Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS
Solid understanding of what impacts conversion, even if you're not the strategist
Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
Ability to balance internal and external pressure to drive competing KPIs
Experience optimizing lead form pages end-to-end through UI/UX savvy
Clear communicator who can work across Copy, Design, and Media teams
Creative mindset — can spot UX friction and suggest improvements based on behavior

You’ll bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration, and you’ll balance expectations of internal and external KPIs.

Task Velocity Support: Partner with optimization leads to move quickly on ideas and reduce bottlenecks; and become the subject matter expert on assigned offer verticals.
Collaboration & Handoff: Work cross-functionally to get inputs, finalize creative, and prep launches efficiently.
Multi-Variable Analyses: Create and monitor clear & comprehensive reports that track multiple KPIs, both internal and external

Collaborative Doer: Brings a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to getting things over the finish line.
Adaptable: Comfortable shifting priorities and managing multiple launches at once.
