Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team to manage the end-to-end logistics of our manufactured goods. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of our products via ocean container and truck shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the logistics of manufactured products for both ocean container and truck shipments.
• Communicate directly with plant facilities to determine trucking requirements and schedule outgoing shipments.
• Manage the scheduling of shipments with various steamship lines.
• Prepare and assemble all necessary shipping documentation, including weight lists, health certificates, and bills of lading.
• Forward finalized documentation to customers and manage any necessary revisions.
• Oversee inventory control processes across multiple locations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support supply chain operations.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle and manage complex logistics documentation.
• Prior experience working with inventory management software and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
