Senior Director of Clinical Licensure Examinations at Touro University

Touro College of Dental Medicine seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Licensure Examinations to coordinate the coursework and logistics for the clinical licensing exam across its New York and New Mexico campuses. The role reports to the Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs. Responsibilities: • Manage course content tied to the clinical licensing examination • Coordinate the ADEX exam in New York and New Mexico, including practice sessions, mock exams and make-ups • Guide simulation lab course directors on exam grading rubrics and review results to improve outcomes • Co-chair the Instrument and Materials Committee and give inventory managers the materials lists • Run bench testing for advanced standing applicants and report results to admissions Qualifications: • D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited dental school, or equivalent • Eligible for dental licensure in New York and/or New Mexico • Professionalism, diplomacy and sound judgment • Strong organizational and delegation skills **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 8 am–5 pm and Friday 8 am–12:30 pm. Salary: $185,112–$231,391 per year Benefits: Medical, dental and vision plans, 403(b) with up to 5% match after one year, tuition exemption for employees and their families, early-release Fridays and generous paid time off.
