Department Supervisor

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Department Supervisor to oversee a team of approximately 25 employees. This role is ideal for a strong communicator with leadership potential who can manage daily operations, support team performance, and grow into a management position. Previous shipping or manufacturing experience is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of approximately 25 employees.
• Ensure smooth department operations and maintain productivity.
• Communicate expectations, provide guidance, and support team performance.
• Identify operational challenges and assist in improving processes.
