Community Events Logistics & Content Creator

Telfed is looking for a creative, organised and proactive freelancer to support our Events, Volunteering and Media team.

The role includes:

•              Assisting with event and volunteering logistics, including research, sourcing supplies, set-up and pack-up.

•              Hands-on event support, including lifting, moving equipment, cleaning and other practical tasks.

•              Capturing the stories behind our activities through photos, videos and short interviews.

•              Creating engaging social media content, including Reels, Stories and posts.

We’re looking for someone who:

•              Has strong social media knowledge and knows how to spot, capture and tell a good story.

•              Can confidently shoot, edit and publish quality content.

•              Is reliable, resourceful, hardworking and has a rosh gadol.

•              Is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.

•              Is flexible and available for evening events, occasional Fridays and travel across Israel.

•              Has fluent English and high-level Hebrew.

•              Has South African/Australian cultural familiarity (preferred).

•              Has a driver’s licence and access to a car (preferred).

 

Scope of the position: Freelance – Up to 30 hours/month

Location: Ra’anana & events across Israel

The role includes meetings in Ra’anana. Travel time is included in the monthly hours, with work-related travel expenses reimbursed.
