CFO / Controller

We are a growing technology solutions company specializing in Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, seeking a highly experienced, hands-on financial leader to oversee our finance department and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

Drive profitability through financial analysis, job costing, and margin management.

Develop scalable financial processes, systems, and reporting dashboards.

Lead and develop the finance team, establishing clear accountability and performance standards.

Partner with leadership on strategic decisions and business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior finance executive.

Strong accounting, analytical, and financial management skills.

Experience in service-based or project-based businesses preferred.

Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.

A proactive, results-oriented leader who takes ownership and drives execution.
