About the Role

A Brooklyn company that manages YouTube accounts is looking for a YouTube Production Manager to lead its editing and content team. You'll oversee a team of onsite and remote team members, keeping videos and thumbnails clear, engaging and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day work of the editing team and remote employees

- Assign projects, set priorities, keep deadlines

- Review edits and thumbnails for quality and consistency

- Track progress across projects and flag delays early

Qualifications

- Experience with YouTube content and accounts

- Practical knowledge of video editing and thumbnails

- Able to lead a small team and manage deadlines

- Strong organization and communication
