What You'll Be Doing:

- Build processes in new states from the ground up

- Develop new workflows and systems

- Coordinate day-to-day operations during state launches

- Document and refine processes as you go

- Create a smooth, repeatable process and hand it off to the ongoing team

- Move on to launch the next state
