Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on reviewing, completing, and correcting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.

What You’ll Do

- Review, organize, and audit patient documentation to identify missing information, errors, inconsistencies, and compliance gaps.

- Ensure all necessary files are complete, accurate, and approved

- Maintain and update records, including patient status and follow-ups

- Shift between assignments and projects based on changing departmental needs, priorities, and compliance requirements.
