Senior Controller

We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on Senior Controller to join our family office. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of operating businesses across multiple industries. You will be responsible for overseeing complex financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, hardworking professional capable of taking full ownership of our financial oversight. You must possess the ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and analytical rigor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–10+ years of senior-level accounting or controller experience.
• Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial statements, tax regulations, complex tax structures, and cash flow management.
• Multi-Entity Oversight: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple companies simultaneously.
• Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Leadership: Strong professional presence with a demonstrated track record of taking full ownership of responsibilities.
