Job description
Regional Client Success Manager, Clinical Track
Carease Health | Growth Department
About the Role
Carease Health is looking for a Regional Client Success Manager (RCSM) to own and grow relationships with regional leadership and C-suite contacts across an assigned multi-state territory. You’ll operate at the group level, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, and serve as the clinical point of contact for each assigned group. This role is central to our growth strategy: it drives large-group retention, deepens relationships within existing facility groups, and ensures accountability whenever a customer issue escalates to the Growth department. You’ll join an initial team of four to five RCSMs collectively covering approximately 17 states.
What You’ll Do
Manage relationships: Serve as the primary Growth-side contact for regional leadership and C-suite stakeholders, represent Carease at group quarterly meetings, and maintain a master contact list and rotating outreach calendar so every key contact receives at least a quarterly touch. When a facility owner reaches out through an Ambassador, coordinate with the Ambassador and own the follow-through.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews: Run a structured QBR with each assigned group that recaps services delivered and results achieved, identifies needs Carease couldn’t fulfill along with a plan or referral, and gathers the group’s priorities for the next quarter. Personally address any clinical and quality topics raised.
Provide clinical oversight and quality guidance: Review clinical and quality data (census trends, care outcomes, survey and quality results) ahead of meetings, identify gaps, coordinate with Operations and Clinical leadership on resolution, and advise groups on new service opportunities based on clinical needs.
Drive group growth and retention: Expand Carease’s footprint within existing large groups through additional facilities and services, escalate opportunities through Growth leadership, and protect long-term customer relationships.
Own issue and ticket accountability: Log escalated customer issues in our centralized portal, assign each to the responsible facility and owner, track every ticket to resolution, and hold Operations accountable for follow-through.
Capture feedback and market intelligence: Gather ongoing feedback from regional and C-suite contacts between QBRs, participate in a monthly review with Growth leadership, and feed competitive intelligence into our market-intelligence process.
Report and track performance: Provide monthly updates to the CGO on group health, outreach status, and open issues, using the portal’s group-level view to report full-group performance.
Support conferences and events: Attend state association shows in your territory and national industry shows where relevant, coordinate with Ambassadors and Operational Regional Managers to avoid overlapping outreach, and help invite key contacts to Carease events.
What You Bring
Clinical background required (RN, LPN, or equivalent clinical experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care), sufficient to review quality and care outcomes and speak credibly to clinical questions in group meetings and QBRs
Experience in healthcare account management, client success, or business development; senior living, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage regional leadership and C-suite relationships across multiple facilities or sites
Strong organizational discipline and comfort working within a CRM or portal-based accountability system
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to represent the Carease brand professionally with senior audiences
Willingness to travel across a multi-state territory and attend state and national industry conferences
How Success Is Measured
Every key contact receives at least a quarterly touch
A completed QBR is held with every assigned group, covering results, unmet needs, and forward priorities
A consistent monthly review cadence with Growth leadership
Escalated issues are logged, tracked, and resolved to closure through the portal
Clinical or quality gaps are routed to Operations and Clinical leadership and tracked to resolution
Demonstrated growth in facilities and/or services within assigned groups over time
What This Role Needs
This is a relationship-driven, clinically credible role that calls for someone who is comfortable in front of C-suite leaders, sharp on the details, and committed to follow-through. You’ll be the face of Carease for your assigned groups, and your ability to connect clinical insight with business results will shape long-term partnerships.
