UX Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
Experience with User Research, or Research focused tools and user centered methodologies.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience with the product development lifecycle.
Experience analyzing data and delivering recommendations for improvement.
Experience managing risks (e.g. operational, product, team health).

Responsibilities
Build, track, and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones for UX programs; anticipate bottlenecks, resolve dependencies, and drive accountability across UX disciplines.
Execute quarterly and annual UX prioritization and roadmap planning with UX leads, Product Management, and Engineering to shape product strategy early and align with product and business goals.
Establish and run UX quality and launch-readiness rhythms, including design reviews, Visual QA, and pre- and post-launch quality milestones, communicating requirements clearly across cross-functional partners.
Identify patterns across projects and objectively assess team workflows to drive scalable improvements across documentation, design systems, and AI-powered productivity tools.
Deliver clear, data-informed updates on program status, resourcing, and risks to cross-functional leads and executive management.
