Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify meaningful insights
Experience working within native platform tools or third-party technologies (e.g., APIs, reporting or activation tools)
Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
