CFO / Controller

We are a growing technology solutions company specializing in Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, seeking a highly experienced, hands-on financial leader to oversee our finance department and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Drive profitability through financial analysis, job costing, and margin management.
• Develop scalable financial processes, systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead and develop the finance team, establishing clear accountability and performance standards.
• Partner with leadership on strategic decisions and business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior finance executive.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Experience in service-based or project-based businesses preferred.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
