Operations Director, Remote Staffing Company

A growing staffing company that places remote professionals with U.S. businesses is seeking an Operations Director to own client delivery and retention. Reporting to the CEO, this role runs recruiting and fulfillment; leads the team; builds SOPs; oversees quality and capacity; and handles escalations. A great fit for someone who wants to grow with the company, with a clear path to COO. Requirements: 5+ years of operations experience; building systems and SOPs from scratch; managing teams of 5 to 20+; strong skills with PM tools, CRMs, dashboards, and AI automation. Staffing, recruiting, or BPO experience and leading remote teams across time zones are a plus.
