Operating Director

Point2Point is seeking a dedicated Operating Director to oversee day-to-day business operations. In this role, you will start by mastering the fundamentals of booking, sales support, billing, and mileage oversight before assuming broader management responsibilities. Over 12 to 24 months, the role will evolve from an operating specialist into the leader of day-to-day business functions, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level growth strategy. Requirements: Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build structure where it does not exist; strong people management instincts; willingness to start 'inside the work' to learn the business from the ground up; must be local to Lakewood, NJ or able to relocate. Qualifications: Prior experience in process, operations, or general management preferred; industry-specific travel experience is not required. Responsibilities include: Owning booking, sales support, mileage, and billing end-to-end; developing and enforcing operational processes; managing and coaching team performance; and partnering with the executive team on financial and operational infrastructure.
