Field Specialists are our go-to field staff that are flexible, have a great attitude and truly want to be a part of a team, making a difference in the lives of our clients by helping keep them staffed during their available hours. See a few notes on the position below:

Availability Every Other Weekend (Saturdays/Sundays) from 7am-11pm.
Assigned Schedule May Vary or Be Changed Weekly/ up to Day of the shift
Guaranteed to offer you 20 Hours of Work within that availability (Must accept any shift offered to be 'guaranteed' paid for that shift or those hours)
Must remain available during those hours and able to get to any shift within the territory within an hour if needed on-call , if not scheduled
Must be willing and able to work with all types of clients, skills, and personalities.
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, trained on Hoyer Lifts and Transfers and willing to use them in the home.
Present and Communicate Professionally with Supervisors, Other Staff, Clients, and Family Members at all times.
Reliable Transportation and Cell Phone to Use and get to shifts in both Downtown Chicago and Western Suburbs if needed.
Must be able to work with pets (friendly cats and/or dogs) if needed
Have a Deep understanding of HIPAA and Confidentiality when working with clients and their family members
You have the ability to pick up additional shifts during the week and on days outside of this Weekend Field Specialist Availability, but must maintain the above agreement and hours of availability as well to maintain the higher payrate.
Offer of Overtime Hours may be limited for you due to higher payrate of position.
Payrate : $24/Hour

Responsibilities
Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary
Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
Requirements
A current, valid state certification and in good standing
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of a nursing assistant program
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Cleared Physical to work as a caregiver
Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is required
Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
