KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Master of the Mess-Free Zone: Keep every nook and cranny spotless—from equipment to facilities—because sparkling clean is the only way we roll.
Shine Patrol: Tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so they’re not just clean—they’re impressively polished. Carpets, furniture, and fixtures should all be guest-ready and gleaming.
Guest Whisperer: Be quick on your feet when guests need something. Deliver with a smile and make every interaction feel like five-star service.
Event Sidekick: Help set the stage for meetings and events. Whether it’s chairs, tables, or tech, you’re part of the behind-the-scenes magic.
Safety First, Always: Keep sensitive areas secure, handle lost-and-found items like a pro, and follow safe work habits to stay injury-free and ready for action.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.
Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required, along with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) if driving is property specific.
Ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations.
