💰 Salary: $150K–$300K, depending on experience and qualifications

A growing, well-established healthcare services organization is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee its finance department, strengthen financial operations, and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Improve financial controls, systems, and operational efficiency
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and growth
• Build scalable financial processes and infrastructure

Qualifications:
• Strong accounting and finance leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve financial operations
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• ABA experience preferred
• Must be local to the Five Towns area and available to work on-site

💰 Compensation: Starting around $150K for developing leaders, with $225K–$300K available for exceptional, highly experienced candidates.
