State Expansion Coordinator - Salary: $60-$70k

Salary: $60k–$70k  

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9–5  

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn - Shuttle from Crown Heights provided

Help us expand into new states by building systems and processes from the ground up! You'll have the opportunity to take ownership, develop new workflows, solve problems, and figure out the best way to make things run smoothly as we grow. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build processes in new states from the ground up
• Develop new workflows and systems
• Coordinate day-to-day operations during state launches
• Document and refine processes as you go
• Create a smooth, repeatable process and hand it off to the ongoing team
• Move on to launch the next state
