The role includes developing long-term client relationships, influencing early-stage design decisions, presenting luxury tile solutions, and driving product specifications for high-profile projects.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills are essential. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, goal-oriented, and has a keen eye for design. Previous experience in sales, interior design, or the architectural industry is highly preferred.
