Accountant (Healthcare)

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a sharp, dependable Accountant to manage month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include account reconciliations, general ledger reviews, audit support, and improving accounting procedures, with an opportunity to build and lead an accounting team as the organization grows.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3+ years of accounting experience, including month-end and year-end close. Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and general ledger required. CPA, healthcare, or multi-entity experience preferred.
