Head of Finance

A growing workforce management and payroll firm is seeking a hands-on finance leader to strengthen financial operations, oversee payroll tax, improve profitability, and build scalable systems. The role includes leading finance and tax teams, improving reporting and controls, and partnering with senior leadership to drive business growth.

Requirements: Strong accounting foundation, including financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls. Experience in financial leadership, process improvement, and team management required. Payroll, payroll tax, HCM/PEO, or multi-state compliance experience is a plus.
