Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, energize, and manage a high-performing team of Ambassadors to champion our brand.
• Plan and execute impactful community awareness events (Target: 24 dynamic events in Year 1!).
• Take charge of the sales funnel, enthusiastically following up on leads to boost enrollment.

• Proven success and passion in community outreach, sales, or business development.
• Deep local roots and an established network within the community.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a stellar track record of closing sales.
