A manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on, highly resourceful professional to oversee a small department and help build and improve financial and operational processes.

The ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, and business-minded, with the ability to develop cost accounting systems, analyze product costs and profit margins, improve profitability, and oversee HR and payroll functions. Must be comfortable taking ownership, creating structure from the ground up, and getting involved in all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop cost accounting processes and margin analysis

• Oversee HR, payroll, and day-to-day financial operations

• Experience managing a small team

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills

• Hands-on, independent, and highly efficient

• Manufacturing experience preferred
