Financial Controller Location: Lower Hudson Valley / Manhattan Area Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office; Fridays Remote Salary: $200,000+ plus benefits Position Overview A large, established healthcare organization is seeking a sharp, highly capable Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial operations and support continued growth. This is a fast-paced environment requiring a quick thinker who can process information rapidly, make sound decisions, and manage complex financial matters with confidence. Responsibilities Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Lead financial planning and strategy to support organizational growth and profitability. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Manage financial controls, compliance, and risk management. Oversee accounting operations, financial systems, and internal processes. Develop and monitor key financial metrics, budgets, and performance reports. Partner with senior leadership on business decisions, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen financial performance. Qualifications Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience within the healthcare industry is required. Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations and industry-specific financial challenges. Sharp, analytical thinker who processes information quickly and makes sound decisions under pressure. Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling complex financial matters.
