The Opportunity
The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Puig US will be responsible for driving growth and managing strategic retailer relationships across Exemplar Luxury Group, including Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus; Holt Renfrew in Canada; and Puig's Independent Account network. The role will own account planning and day-to-day commercial execution across these businesses, with a primary focus on the Niche portfolio: BYREDO, Dries Van Noten, Penhaligon's, Christian Louboutin Beauty, and L'Artisan Parfumeur. This individual will also support the Nordstrom business across the broader Puig portfolio, including Niche and Prestige brands Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier, with particular emphasis on eventing and operational execution. Reporting directly to the Key Account Director responsible for Nordstrom, Exemplar Luxury Group, Holt Renfrew, and Independent Accounts, this person will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales, profitability, elevated brand presence, and flawless execution across the portfolio.

What you'll get to do
Serve as the primary day-to-day commercial contact for Exemplar Luxury Group, Holt Renfrew, and Independent Accounts, building strong relationships across buying, planning, marketing, operations, and store teams
Develop and execute account-specific strategies, annual business plans, and joint priorities that deliver sell-in targets, profitable growth, and long-term brand development
Maintain a deep understanding of each retailer's business model, customer, competitive landscape, and banner or market dynamics to identify focused growth opportunities
Lead the Niche portfolio across owned accounts, ensuring BYREDO, Dries Van Noten, Penhaligon's, Christian Louboutin Beauty, and L'Artisan Parfumeur are positioned and supported according to each brand's distribution and luxury positioning
Support the Key Account Director on Nordstrom across the Puig portfolio, with particular ownership of event planning, executional follow-through, and operational coordination for both Niche and Prestige brands
Analyze sales, inventory, distribution, productivity, and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and clear actions by account, brand, door, and channel
Partner with the Key Account Director on annual forecasts, investment recommendations, account priorities, KPIs, and business reviews
Work cross-functionally with marketing, demand planning, finance, visual merchandising, education, and field teams to deliver launches, events, animations, promotions, and retailer programs on time and with excellence
Own operational follow-through across assigned accounts, including forecasts, assortments, item setup, orders, inventory flow, launch readiness, event tools, and issue resolution
Drive elevated in-store presence and luxury execution through partnership on space, placement, merchandising, visual standards, distribution, and priority-door opportunities
Support buyer negotiations and recommendations related to assortment, distribution, pricing, promotions, marketing investments, eventing, and product placement while protecting brand equity and profitability
Monitor and communicate performance, key initiatives, retailer feedback, risks, decisions, and next steps through clear recaps, trackers, and leadership updates
We'd love to meet you if you have
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Sales, Planning, or Key Account Management within luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, or consumer retail
Experience managing luxury department store, specialty retail, and/or independent account businesses; established retailer relationships are a plus
Experience working across Niche and Prestige beauty portfolios, with an understanding of selective distribution and luxury brand positioning
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail dynamics, forecasting, inventory, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across retailer, field, cross-functional, and senior leadership audiences
Analytical and action-oriented mindset, with proficiency in interpreting sales and performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations
Highly organized and able to manage multiple retailers, brands, launches, events, and operational priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
