After ten years of developing our service model, we're ready for our next big step: transforming

our business from a virtual assistant-based operation into an AI-powered company.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, tech-savvy Chief Operating Officer who can help us build

and run this next generation of services.

The opportunity:

✅ Build and implement AI agents and automated workflows.

✅ Integrate AI with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and client communications.

✅ Manage a small international team working alongside AI.

✅ Develop systems for quality control and client support.

✅ Help create an affordable, scalable service for hundreds of Chabad centers worldwide.

The ideal candidate:

🔹 Has real hands-on experience building AI agents and automations.

🔹 Understands CRM systems and basic bookkeeping.

🔹 Loves building systems and solving operational challenges.

🔹 Has an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential.

Compensation: Initially hourly, with a path toward a salaried executive role and potential vesting equity ownership.
