Order Opener

Well Established Bergen County NJ title company is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Opener to join our team! This is a vital role responsible for the initial processing and setup of all new title orders.

The Role

As the first point of contact for new files, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering data, ordering searches, and ensuring every transaction starts off on the right foot.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately inputting new orders into our system from contracts and applications.
• Search Coordination: Identifying the necessary searches (Tax, Title, Patriot, etc.) and placing orders immediately.
• File Setup: Reviewing incoming documents for completeness and following up on missing information.
• Team Support: Distributing files to the appropriate Title Production teams to keep the workflow moving.
